Great quiet place to stay outside centre of Epsom. Good breakfast availanle and friendly staff. Late arrival after midnigjt is possible. Only issue is the air conditioning is quite noisy. Good location for walking (and view from bedroom window) on Epsom Downs or going to the race course
Love this hotel. Great location for the area, rooms are very clean and comfortable, welcoming staff in all areas. The breakfast included has lots of choice and include Gluten free options. Free WiFi etc. if an IHG member. Highly recommended, will book again.
We are currently staying here to visit local sites (Chessington/Legoland). The welcome from front desk was lovely. Room was perfect for what we need, although the mattress is firm but that is personal preference. Bathroom well equipped with a good shower. Breakfast was amazing, self service but plenty of choice and well presented/cooked. Thank you to the member of the breakfast staff that got my daughter some chocolate and balloons when she found out it was her birthday, really nice touch. This will be our hotel of choice when we are next in the area.
This hotel delivers a very consistent "clean and comfortable" room and public area, the combination of clean rooms, comfortable beds, and effective blackout curtains ensures a restful night. The staff are friendly and responsive. Any rare housekeeping issues are usually resolved quickly. The inclusive Express Start Breakfast is served in a clean, organized area. It offers the expected hot items (sausages, scrambled eggs), pastries, cereals, but not a good coffee unfortunately!
Conveniently located, top value hotel with comfortable rooms, huge lobby area, friendly staff and good quality varied breakfast included. Two nearby pubs next to Epsom racecourse for evening meals and drinks.
I had a fantastic stay at this inn. My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Jess was really lovely during checkout. The staff truly go above and beyond to make guests feel valued. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
Stayed 3 nights as I was attending a work event nearby, the hotel staff were very friendly and made my stay very pleasant. Especially Ali & Jess who dealt with me & my work colleagues excellently. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy and the breakfast was buffet style from cereal, pastries to full cooked breakfast. Excellent location if attending Epsom Downs race course literally 5 minute walk from the hotel, car park available Definitely recommend this hotel
I'm staying here this evening and wanted to write a review to thank the lovely staff member, who helped me today. I am diabetic and my blood sugar had gone low. I asked for some extra sugar sachets and the lady behind the desk couldn't have been more understanding and kind. The room is also on a quiet floor, which I really appreciate.
